Yes the service it is the one on www.no-ip.com
anyway i succefully installed it:
the service have to run on director.
in my configuration ive 2 network card on director
eth0 192.168.1.5 (connected to the router)
eth1 192.168.6.1  for lvs

so configuration for seting LVS is:
ipvsadm -A -t 192.168.1.5:80 -s rr
ipvsadm -a-t 192.168.1.5:80 -r 192.168.6.x:80 -m
ipvsadm -a-t 192.168.1.5:80 -r 192.168.6.x:80 -m

where 192.168.6.x it is the address of your
realservers

the router i use its dlink 504 t.
in order the no-ip work fine you need to do this:

from Advanced menu, add LAN CLIENT 192.168.1.5
then from Port Forwarding select LAN IP 192.168.1.5
and then add the service from the list in my case
SERVER->WEB SERVER

i hope this  help.
