Impossible to connect to virtual server from real server

Hello everyone, I have a fully working lvs-nat cluster, but with one problem:
it's not possible to connect to a virtual server from a real server. From
external networks everything is ok.

Example:

            x.y.z.j (public ip)
           +-----------+
           | director  |
           +-----------+
            192.168.0.1
                |
       +--------+---------+
       |                  |
   192.168.0.2        192.168.0.3
+---------------+  +---------------+
| real server 1 |  | real server 2 |
+---------------+  +---------------+

If I try to ping from real server 1 (192.168.0.2) to x.y.z.j I receive no
answer. I have no iptables rules enabled and the real servers have
192.168.0.1 as default gateway.

Anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance
