The weight of zero means that no connections will be passed to that server.
Are 10.0.0.254 and 10.0.0.199 the two real servers? Are they also the
primary and backup loadbalancers? Could you post your ldirectord.cf? Could
you better define which are realservers and which are loadbalancers?
