LVS n OpenLdap

hi all,

its looks quite lot of failing in configuring lvs for ldap usage..
currently im tring to setup lvs on redhat(on 1 machine),
already install ipvsadm..

then other 2 machine for Openldap.

i think miss lot of step,lot of thing to install..then i just jump to
testing..
could i have list of thing to do before i can jump for testing below..

#ipvsadm
IP Virtual Server version 1.2.0 (size=4096)
Prot LocalAddress:Port Scheduler Flags
  -> RemoteAddress:Port           Forward Weight ActiveConn InActConn


# ipvsadm -A -t 192.168.200.5:389 -s rr
# ipvsadm -a -t 192.168.200.5:389 -m -r 192.168.3.166:389
# ipvsadm -a -t 192.168.200.5:389 -m -r 192.168.3.170:389
# ipvsadm

then..i even cannot bind to my openldap..

i want to try to setting ldap..at least i know all the setting i have to
do  before i can accept this error.

i just have
-----------
redhat(kernel 2.6.9..) & ipvsadm - (1 machine)
openldap - (2 machine 192.168.3.166 & 192.168.3.170)
client request to connect to ldap
