LVS-Tun and realserver's initiating connections

doesn't work with LVS. The director has to see an (incoming) 
SYN to know that is has to handle a new connection.

Presumably you could do this using iproute2, but it wouldn't 
be load balancing. What you've done is separate the outward 
and inward paths.
