LVS-NAT and policy routing

Although his patch is dated March 3 of this year, it appears to be for a
much earlier kernel - perhaps a 2.4 series as his example shows with
OpenSuSE 9.

Yesterday I emailed him directly but have not yet received a reply.

Maybe I'll do an svn checkout and see if it's in there...
