Are you using LVS-NAT? If so, are you sure that the only route from the
13 to the 12 network is via the load balancers? If not, the return
packets from 192.168.13.100 may be travelling by a different route than
the outgoing packets from 192.168.12.1 and the connection will fail.
If the universe were simple enough to be understood, we would be too
simple to understand it.
