Ultramonkey on RHEL 4

Have everyone of you tried to install heartbeat rpm
pks from:
http://www.ultramonkey.org/download/heartbeat/stable.latest/rhel4/
on a RHEL 4 system ?
I'm trying to upgrade from RHEL3 OS / Ultramonkey 3 to
RHEL 4 OS / some equivalent solution

- I've installed above rpm pks; ipvsadm is missing to
have the same kind of config like Ultramonkey3
- I've tried with ipvsadm-1.21-1.rh.el.1.um.1.i386.rpm
(the rpm from Ultramonkey3/rhel3)...is not working
- I've downloaded the srpm
http://www.ultramonkey.org/download/proposed-updates/rh.el.4/ipvsadm-1.24-7.src.rpm
 I've encountered some errors when compiling...

Any advice?
