How does a distributed game setup work? Does Jagex/Runescape 
have servers all over the world, or all in one spot? Even if 
they're all in one room, and assuming each "world" is on a 
different server, then you still have to migrate the player 
from one world to another. I guess they stay on the same 
server and access a single set of stored data. With a 
million people on-line at any one time, then the storage is 
the whole setup and the servers are just there to download 
the graphics. I assume much of the graphics (rotations etc) 
are being done at the client end (java?).
