you have port 0 here. I forget how this works, but I expect 
you aren't going to see load balancing if you're coming from 
the same client.

So why are you getting connections of any type (InActConn) 
with realsrv2 (the one that's refusing connection) when it's 
refusing connections?

do you have iptables rules interfering with connections?
