ldirectord double checks url

ultramonkey/hA is only needed on the directors as you suggest.
How many directors do you have? I was assuming that you have two,
and that the duplicate checks that are worrying you are a result
of ldirectord running on both directors. ldirectord should not
run on the real servers.
