Transparent cache cluster, patch Jinhua Luo

Yes, I read the HOWTO and it says that kernels 2.2.x and 2.4.x could be
implemented with transparent proxy, then I keep looking at and found the
patch of Jinhua Luo for kernels 2.6.x.
