Problem with IP-takeover

Thanks Jaro for the hint.
Can you give me a detailed plan of configuring the heartbeat so the
IP-takeover is operational. I am using hearbeat and Keepalive but don't
really know what I am doing here. This is the first time I set up this kind
of system.
