Thank you, Graeme, for the input. But wont's that prevent me from using 
heartbeat as i plan to get a HA-LB .
p.s. The setup consists of 4 Centos 5 machines, with k 2.6.18 adn 
ipsvadm/hearbeat will be instaled from centos repos.
