You should probably try to find binary, not source, package on install
CDs or in package repositories for your distro.

What did you expect?  ipvsadm is just tool used to feed IP_VS
component of kernel with proper configuration.  Very similar to
iptables + netfilter.

Edit .spec file and replace Copyright in header with License.  Or try
asking google, it surely knows the right answer. ;)
