LVS - can not access mysql port from client

Hiee,
I configured lvs router, my http requests to port 80 are working fine but
facing problem with mysql service, do i need something extra to configure.
It shows me request timed out. I can connect to real servers with port 80
http, but at the same time I am unable to access mysql port from client
machine.
