In this moment real server apache2 is down, and
apache1 is running receive all requests.

IP Virtual Server version 1.2.1 (size=4096)
Prot LocalAddress:Port Scheduler Flags
  -> RemoteAddress:Port           Forward Weight

What mean the number in apache2 ?
Since apache2 is stop.
