How I can move a network IP to a totally different network

Correct Mailling list: heartbeat, corosync or pacemaker projekt. See:
www.clusterlabs.org

Answer depends on the communication layer you use:
- heartbeat: configure unicast
- corosync: configure correct multicast routing or tunnel the multicast traffic.
