[lvs-users] How to force real server weigth always be 1, although real server can't support workload?

Hi,
 
I'd like to know how to force the real server weigth always be 1, although that real server can't support the workload.
Because when the real server can't support workload LVS always change weigth of that real server to 0.
 
This will effect to that real server active connections are less than it would be (because heavy workload but my test detecting small number of active connection).
